Checkout

Our Payment & Pricing Page is designed to ensure that all customers have a clear understanding of our pricing structures and payment processes. Below, we provide detailed explanations to help navigate through the various aspects of our pricing and payment options.

Pricing

Currency and Inclusions:

All our prices are listed in the specified currency and include Value Added Tax (VAT). This approach ensures transparency and enables customers to understand the exact cost implications of their purchases without hidden fees.

Exclusions:

It’s important to note that while VAT is included, shipping charges are not. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery address and the specifics of the order, and these details are clearly provided during the checkout process.

Pricing Errors

Correction Rights:

We take great care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, occasional errors can occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error on our site.

Order Acceptance Policy:

If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will inform you of the mistake at the earliest opportunity. You will then have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

Transparency and Communication:

We commit to transparency and open communication with our customers about pricing issues. We understand the importance of accurate pricing and strive to resolve any discrepancies in a fair and customer-friendly manner.

Customs and Handling Fees

Additional Charges:

Depending on the location of the customer and the type of product ordered, handling fees and other additional charges such as customs duties may apply. These fees help cover the costs associated with processing orders and managing the logistics of international shipping.

Customs Fees:

For international deliveries, customers might also be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and must be borne by the customer.

Clear Disclosure:

All applicable fees and additional charges are disclosed during the checkout process. This ensures that there are no unexpected costs at the time of delivery, allowing customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Commitment to Fair Pricing

We are committed to providing our customers with competitive and fair pricing on all our products. Our pricing strategy is designed to reflect the quality and value of our offerings, while also considering market conditions and manufacturing costs. We continuously review our pricing to ensure that it aligns with industry standards and provides value to our customers.
